I've been training with Steph for over a year now. She provided my introduction, at the ripe age of 39, to strength training [and I'm not sure of the terms for the other things we work at, haha]. It is a testament to Steph's talent, skills, and dedication that someone like myself, who has never before been particularly athletic or fit, continues to stick with the program and improve. I only take a slice of the credit for the results. Steph is so strong and inspiring. She inspires you to look after yourself, to be mindful, and to push yourself in a body-positive way.
