Attention to detail, proper form, and finding that mind-muscle connection are all contributing factors in Stephanie's philosophy for lasting success. With a commitment to functional movement and building a strong foundation, Stephanie's secret is in training smarter.
In addition to her time in the studio, Stephanie is an avid runner, having completed multiple marathons- her latest while nearly 5months pregnant.
